CANCELLATION and Refund Policy: –

1.you can cancel an order after placing it. However, this is only possible if your order has not been
dispatched from our warehouse. So, if you do change your mind, we request you to cancel the order at the earliest by dropping us an email at admin@pacekart.com,
2.Pacekart will make reasonable endeavor that any eligible refund / credit note is initiated within 15 days of receipt of cancelled products. The approved refund amount will be credited to Customer’s bank
account/refunded into credit card or debit card account as the case may be within such time as taken by banking channels to process such refund,
3.Order once placed on Pacekart can be requested for cancellation if the order is not dispatched for delivery by placing “Cancel Order” request on admin@pacekart.com Pacekart reserves the right to reject the cancellation request and in its sole discretion may decide If cancellation request is rejected by
Pacekart after providing adequate reasons, Customer will be obliged to accept delivery and make payment against the product(s). If the order is requested for cancellation after payment has been
processed, and if cancellation is approved by Pacekart, the said amount will be refunded in accordance with above mentioned process,
4.We strive hard to fulfill all the orders. However, we may have to cancel your order at times and this will be done after informing you, under conditions listed below:
1.As we do not keep inventory of all the items listed on our site, your order fulfillment may depend on the availability of the item(s) in the market. If the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will not be in a position to fulfill it,
2.All items to be shipped have to pass rigorous quality tests in our warehouse. If our dispatch team finds that a particular item is not fit to be shipped and the replacement is not available in the market, we may cancel your order,
3.Your delivery location is in a non-serviceable area,

Please note that the damaged/wrong items have to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. In case the particular product is not available with us, a refund shall be arranged at the earliest.
